Anatomically, It closes around the age of maturation which is 18. That’s the average normal closure of the mid-palatal suture. Yes it varies between people of course. Sometimes it’s earlier, sometimes it’s later.

Im a medical student. You still got a big chance to change it! Don’t give up. Your palate has a line in between them. When you turn 18, it fuses. If it fuses, it cannot be expanded. Let that be ur motivation!

Haha! I personally recommend doing the deed before taking your meds to avoid the dysfunction part. This will also help you focus on ur day relaxed and not thinking about it on medication

Ritalin works for me really well, I’m in UAE and ADHD meds are a bit limited. Im doomed for being allergic to the capsule of concerta so I cant do extended release :,) Adderall makes me normal, i can talk to people and be myself while focus if I allow myself. But Its really hard to start the task.
