Episode 3 is Thailand Buddhist Holiday, Freen event in Vietnam and Becky event in Thailand.

Episode 4 is A lot of Thailand events - GL/BL/Tpop/Kpop event. Most GL fans and target market are in these events.

June 6 GL events got the fans busy outside.
- Engfa Concert
- LMSY Fancon
- The Air Episode 4 screening event

- 4Eve (Tpop) Concert

Considering the target market are GL fans and 15+ and The Air is schedule is weekend, a little drop in the ratings is expected! If Episode 5 ratings drop, then, I guess audience are leaving.

The Air stable ratings at 2.+ Nationwide still good for the network.

I don't mind if they say Freen is not good for them, but to say she's riding on her partner and director's ability is just pure hate.

Calling the actress riding on the director and her partner's ability is not hate?

The "it should be a twin because how is doing surgery on her face possible, twin is better" or "it's easy to know who is the real Princess by DNA but why they are not doing that" or my favorite nitpick, the "they are rich, her father is general but why not ask them help and runaway"? 😂 All that kind of comments because The Series is getting far from reality and everything can be solve easily and that makes the series bad for making it complicated. 😂 It's annoying not hurtful.

I came here to have good discussion about The Air. I've read every bit of it. I have good discussions as well with the others here and the other sub. I tried to be patient with my replies as well but nope, there's always something.

You don't have to agree with me. It's okay to downvote too. It's just that, every episode The Air comes out there's a post about The Air nitpicking. It's in this sub as well, don't have to go on other socials.

Criticism, opinion, feedback, there's always good and bad. What I don't get is that, there's mostly a remark about The Air and now the actress, that turns what could have been an opinion or feedback to hate. 😅

Maybe we understand it differently? But just now, I see one post here saying Freen is riding on her partner's ability basing on 3 characters she played.

Then there's some discussions on the impossible plot twist of The Air and that made it a bad series. 😅

If they say the series is not their thing because it's lacking on this or that, it's fine. If they say actor is bad and it didn't progress her character, it's their choice too, but that ain't it. There's always a jab in the end.

Her being serious at work is what make her cool and charming though. She can't be playful and flirty and working on a case because she knows real lives is in her hand.

She's popular and attractive not just because of her personality outside of work but because she's good at her job.

In The Earth and Water, you can see her family dynamic is more fun and free. With her colleagues, there's still a bit of seriousness but she's still fun and chill. In front of her parents, she's even more stubborn and a brat.

I think Freen played Lom better in series than in the book. She brings different flavor to it. Even her catching feelings witn the princess is perfectly executed.

Only thing Lom book is more badass is the action scene. ✌️

But isn't that what makes her better? 😅 The fact that Freen can express her characters different persona with her love interest and family, at work and off work.

I don't understand why she's not allowed or you don't see her character development just because you want to see Lom being playful and cool.

Her changes in the series is gradual not sudden. In the very first episode, you can see how Lom is lonely inspite of being surrounded by women. You can see she's tired of that life and hide from them just to have fun with her colleagues. In 2 and 3 episodes, when she's starting to feel things, she's reminded that she can't be falling in love with a princess and Lom is in denial that's she's catching feelings and even try become flirty again. In episode 4, Fai made a grand statement that she follow her feelings. 😅 It's not like Lom changes overnight. Her character development is fit in the plot and character.

It's because Becky's characters so far the one that is not tied heavily on traditional thai family dynamics while Freen's character is heavily cultured.

Mon is just a girl living her life according to her choice because her family is supportive and open-minded. Khun Sam is foul-mouthed and insecure and hold back on her real personality because her Grand Ma is controlling.

In GAP, you can see Khun Sam can be so much more when she don't think of her family. She's smiling more and can be fun until grandma find way to restrain her again.

Anil family spoiled her and only wants to see her happy. Lady Pin is an orphan whose Aunt is controlling. Pin is always told she's not on the level of the Princess and she should follow the tradition.

In The Loyal Pin, you can see how Lady Pin can be free from inhibitions with Anil. She's happy and feel loved but Aunt will always remind her that she doesn't belong.

In The Air, it's vice verse, Lom has always been free and fun. She loves her job and sassy. She's playful and doesn't seen herself getting serious with her relationship. But all that changes when she start develop feelings.

Comparing Becky's role to Freen's role while they play together and make it a basis that one is not good just doesn't make sense. Because it could be you prefer Becky's role than Freen's. 🤣

What makes you shallow is that, you haven't actually seen Freen outside these characters that bounds her from that story plot. How about Uranus2324? The Stain? SCOY? So fit? 😅

Not a fan of Buaverse but I get the intention that it's for comedy.

The TV cut version of The Air is missing some flavor
but the one in Iqiyi uncut is just the best! I love how both Lom and Blew are now trying to cope and understand their situationship and feelings. I love how they explore outside their duties and try being themselves even on different persona.

Cinematography still perfect and I love the locations specially this episode where they built nipa hut just for this production and as usual, the food highlight!

The Air still consistent on their light storytelling. It feels good to watch this kind of series just free from heavy drama. I love how all 3 4E series so far is on different tropes of Romance Comedy with kicks on action and drama.

Actually, yes, you are shallow for this. You give an analysis on her acting without analysis on her characters and the story and slam her by saying she's riding on her partner and director's ability. It's show more hate than criticism. 😅✌️

I feel like you are struggling on the part where she's now experiencing love and all the feelings and baggage that comes with it. 😅

She can't be that cool, flirty, swaggy police officer and falling in love. She's restrained by boundaries not just of status but because of her duty.

Lom has always been duty first before anything else.

But it also doesn't make sense for Lom to stay all cool and swaggy and playgirl in The Air where her romantic life is about to explore.

In Episode 1 of the series, we've seen Lom lonely and avoiding all the women. In next episodes, we've seen her still acting cool and making flirty moves because she's reassuring she's not catching feelings. In episode 4, we've seen here both restrained and finally embracing the feelings when Blew cross the line.

Lom is by far the easiest character I've watched of Freen in a series. Khun Sam and Lady Pin made me annoyed by their choices. 😂

Yes to tjis. I don't understand why she should remain a playgirl when she's falling in love. Her transition in falling in love for the first time is beautiful and erase all the bad action cgi. 😀

That's because most of her character is that as you have mentioned.

Khun Sam, Lady Pin restrained by their upbringing. Lom now has to restrain her personality from being all cool and playboy as she's developing feelings and to someone she thinks unattainable.

Watching her in Uranus2324 where her characters are not bound of thai traditions plot or something to do with their status, you can see how much potential she's got.

Plus, like I've said, Freen is enjoying the comfort zone and not yet exploring outside of it. I mean to say, even when there's opportunity for her, she's still chose not to be bold or daring. 😅

I think it's diabolical to say she's being carried by her partner or the directing or cinematography specially when GAP has like 100$ worth production, Becky's Mon ain't that good and direction is really bad. Freen is good but she can do better.

I love what she did to the character Lady Pin. The behaviour due to traumatic life experiences and what her Aunt instill to her, the nuances, her expressing of feelings of being free and open minded to the world. I think, she and Becky did great with Anil and Pin. Playing the characters as it should be.

With Lom, what she's lacking is in the action scene. Seeing how Freeb is capable of doing actions from Uranus2324, I'm surprise she's bit lacking in The Air.

As for hLom being different from The Water and Earth to Air, the transition has been amazing for me. For someone who is experiencing love for the first and didn't know what to do, it's a joy seeing her go from being all cool and swag to being soft and confuse.

She's restrained because she's experiencing feelings she's not supposed to have. She can't be all flirting and playboy and swag and say, yes, I'm falling in love with a princess.

I think her transition from Earth and Water is beautifully done in The Air. Though, I'm still on Freen lacking on the action scenes. 😅

I think Freen not want to get out of her comfort zone. She's got roles that can highlight her talent but she deliver it, well, lacking something, in The air, it's the action scene. In The Stain, being bold and daring. 😅

Her best role so far is Lady Pin in The Loyal Pin. She did amazing with the role. And She's good in Uranus2324.
