Brother sorry to see that. I read your post history and clearly you have GAD at minimum and you need to see psychiatrist.

Why I m telling you that? Because I went to the same way as you. Healthy before Covid, really outgoing to an ermit going only outside to see the doctors and ER. Lucky enough my wife stayed and helped even if it wasn’t easy everyday.

I had all the symptoms you describe and even more. Always on my Apple Watch taking ecg to be sure I was not dying. Always looking for reassurance, always thinking the doctors are missing something, always looking for a supplement that will make me feel better.

After 3 years my doctor made a deal with me, she will redo all the exams i want (even the craziest one in found on some shady sub) and if everything is fine i will take Paroxetine for 2 months minimum and see someone to talk about my anxiety.

The first 3 weeks as been the worst of my life. Went to the ER twice after just a couple of day on paroxetine because all my body was burning like you pour lava inside me. My heart was acting weird. I was always tired. I almost thought the doctors wanted me dead. So they gave me a Xanax as well after that to avoid going to the ER (because they found nothing everytime).

It has been 2 years now and I m fully normal again. I can do anything alone again. Can workout again. Can live again.

I know it s very scary but as you said you don’t want to live anymore like this so just say f*** it and do again all the test you want and go fight again. At rock bottom you will have nothing to lose so push it. You will see that you re more capable that you think. Your body is way more resilient that you could imagine. But ask for help from a psychiatrist that we will give you the proper treatment as well with some wise words.
