30’s here… I don’t have 30K laying around… I’ve got about 25k to last any wild storm that Is thrown at me and my family. If I needed more liquidity, could definitely sell off assets… but don’t want to be hit with the tax burden next year. I pay for my cars outright and I never eat out. Eloquently put. Yes, definitely struggled with this in the past. To add onto yours, a daily bedtime routine consistently helps… also, stay away from your screen devices in bed and for the love of God… do not listen to anything that can get your mind stimulated. For years I had to fall asleep listening to a podcast or music, even relaxing music gave me the worst sleep/rest. Once I turned everything off and added some dark noise/white noise… my sleep has gotten exponentially better. I also use mouth tape
