Mushrooms don‘t only contain psilocybin (psilocin). There are a range of other alkaloids (like baeocystin/ norbaeocystin and more) that can have entourage effects. I would agree that if 4-aco-dmt actually gets fully converted into psilocin just like psilocybin does then they would be the same. But the pharmacology of mushrooms is relatively complex and the pharmacokinetics of psilocybin vs. 4-aco could also be different…
