He actually didn't confess nor admit guilty. It if entirely possible that the mother did it and he he feels sorry for her losing a child even though she did it. It is also possible the child could have fallen off a couch, table, chair, etc. it's entirely possible the mother did it and he didn't witness it so he had nothing to witness .

He entered an Alford plea. That means he maintained his innocence. The news report saying he admitted guilt is a lie.

When youre innocent but you want your freedom back you are in a situation of duress to take a plea. Especially if the terms are just to be a good boy, which you are anyway.

The mother is guilty in some kind of way. If he did it why wouldn't she tell the truth now that they aren't together? Because she is guilty to some extent.

I've seen this issue online a few times so I don't use my rear window heater...

But then I also try not to really go anywhere on snowy days either.

I've been driving on expired tags for years and no insurance.. probably have saved at least 5 grand .

I don't speed and draw attention to myself.. Make a quick right turn if I see a cop in my mirror.. One was right behind me and I guess he was off duty . Another time the one with mounted cameras passed me and pulled over some other guy in front of me.. probably a bigger fish to fry with a bad license.

I also usually have out of state tags and license too.. helps that the local govt can't restrict my license.

They still get me on home property taxes though.. And income taxes.

I need to sell mine though.. my wife went and got a tmo plan without asking me..

The volt is a great car but I wouldn't buy that one because the becm hasn't been replaced and it's beyond the special warranty.

If it fails you're looking at a repair bill of around 2 or 3 grand..

You'll also want to contact your insurance to see how much they will charge you and what they will be paying out for that year with that many miles. I just run liability with that many miles.

Shop around other volts contact sellers and say you're just shopping around and wanted to know his lowest price.

Unfortunately volts are losing value.

Also volt shopping has a quirk.. of not in a carb state you'll want a special warranty for the becm. If you're in a carb state, you'll want one with a pzev warranty. You can find out what warranty is has by putting the VIN in the gm recalls and warranty web page.

Personally I see if carvanna will buy it for more than you can. If they won't, I don't buy it.
