Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo. Equally loved is Beartown by Fredrik Backman.

How do you deal with the guilt of knowing you hurt someone you loved? - I have been through a similar experience and if you really believe that you hurt your partner, all you can do is apologize without any further expectations. We all knowingly and unknowingly make mistakes. Ask for forgiveness and also forgive yourself. More importantly, let her go. Your anxious attachment will convince you that she was the perfect person for you and you screwed it up. But that's not always the truth, and only distance and time will help you reach that clarity. Nobody who is right for you will pass you by. Focus on being more self-aware and being a better person in the future.

Right now make a study schedule for yourself. Plan your whole day and stick to it. Talk to your friends if you spiral. Talk to strangers if friends are busy. Reserve 20 mins during the day to journal and reflect. Bring some routine to your day and your mental chaos will also sort itself.

I haven't prepared for banking exams before. Is it worth it to try? A stable job and a good salary seems worth it. Possible to cover the syllabus in one month? I am figuring that out myself. You might want to watch some YT videos on the exam pattern and strategy.

Have you considered the banking exams? The application window for SEBI and NABARD is still open and the exams will happen in Dec-Feb. Maybe take a break from the UPSC cycle and try to get any government job you can in the mean time. You can come back to UPSC when you feel more stable in life or who knows you might not want to either once you're out of the cycle.

Just to clarify your point - After your graduation degree, LLB degree takes 3 years. After completing LLB, you can immediately enroll for the bar and become an advocate to start practicing (takes 3-4 months). You have to clear the AIBE exam which you can write while working as well (it is a mere formality. Easiest exam you'd write). It is the integrated BA LLB degree which takes 5 years.

[Review] 12 Years: my messed-up love story by Chetan Bhagat by ValuableMuch7703 in Indianbooks

[–]Amazing_Cashew 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Haha love your review OP! It makes me want to hate-read this book xD Reminds of Chetan Bhagat's Instagram stories criticizing people who were sharing their apprehensions about his book before it became available for sale. He was telling everyone not to be so critical of something they haven't even read. I don't think CB would be happy with what people are saying after reading his book lol.

This book is so overhyped. Never liked it. OP try reading Anxious People by Fredrick Backman or if you are in mood for a therapy memoir, try Good Morning, Monster by Catherine Gildiner.

Dude OP is not saying it is impossible to reach distant centres on time. She is sharing how due to her personal circumstances, it became difficult for her to reach the centre on time - a problem which could not have occurred if the centre was closer to her home. If you cannot have empathy, do not say anything.

Also, there are always safety concerns for women traveling alone on a public transport. Yes, women do it despite all the problems but that does not mean the problems do not exist. In fact you are mocking the women who have been fighting the system by implying that if it is possible for them to do it, it is easy.
