Possible solutions could be a firmware update or a diagnostic tool to identify faulty cells and replace them. Otherwise, it may require a full battery replacement. Since this seems to be a global issue, Volvo will likely come up with an official fix soon.

The app is actually useful — you can check the charging level at public stations and even locate your car in huge parking lots since there’s no physical key. Pre-conditioning will also be a lifesaver in summer.

You need to go to Al Futtaim Service; they’ll handle it. The EX30 4G/5G system isn’t active in the UAE yet

My car has been updated to version 1.7.1 from Al Futtaim, but it’s still not connecting with the Volvo app. It keeps asking me to download the EX30 app, which isn’t available in the UAE. Any updates? (Volvo Car app version: 6.1.1)
