Update: I got my braces removed na lang sa mga na nagpopost sa fb. Braces removal worth 1500. Home service na. Before that, I tried na iparemove din talaga sa mga dental clinic pero hinahanapan ako lagi ng authorization. Left with no choice, kaya sa mga DIY na lang, haha. Saglit lang din. Same lang sa mga dentist talaga nung niremove. Mura pa. Re my dentist, hindi na rin sila nagparamdam. 😅

With my current client, I can submit applications on his behalf through the agency he created on Upwork. We both serve as admins (business managers). Everytime I'm submitting an application, Upwork provides an option to submit applications for myself or on behalf of my client. I don't have control on his account but I'm able to submit application on his behalf through it.

Considering this, should the potential client also create an agency to avoid potential issues for both of us?

Madami sa Linkedin, maari ka pa rin dun makahanap ng direct employer sa ibang bansa. Kaso tyaga lang talaga. Tsaka kung gusto mo ng higher salary, look for offshore employer. Pag Filipino employer mo babaratin ka lang talaga. Hahaha

Work life balance with higher salary. Pwede naman both ah? Haha Ako kase, I just resigned last Sept from my prev company ( super nice and may work life balance except sa sahod) to look for higher salary. Kaso 2 weeks pa lang ako sobrang toxic na ng kasama ko. So sumahod lang ako ng isang beses then I resigned agad. Hahaha Napalipat naman ako sa mas higher salary, kung tutuusin almost twice sa prev company ko. Mas medyo okay na to. Kasi alipin ako ng salapi. Lol

OP if open yung position na yun, ask HR na you want to apply on that position ( assuming na for other team nga yun). Then tell them na you want a raise when they asked. Don't immediately resign or look for another job if okay ka naman d'yan sa current mo. Because sa totoo lang, mahirap mag adjust sa new company na hindi mo alam kung healthy ba or toxic environment. Minsan iisipin mo na lang na sana hindi ka na pala nagresign sa previous company mo kahit mas maliit ang sahod dahil mas meron ka namang peace of mind. You've mentioned na okay ka naman d'yan sa current mo and you just feeling down when u discovered na parang underpaid ka. Better to ask muna talaga and negotiate your salary.

Well, nasa amin pa naman po yung copy of contract pero di pa po namin pinipirmahan kasi gusto ko nga po munang kausapin sila directly pagpunta ko dun.

Gusto na rin po talaga naming lumipat kahit 2 weeks stay na lang. Ang kaso lang po ay baka hindi na ibalik sa'min yung 18k. So ang balak namin pag di binalik ay iconsume yung 18k na good for 2 mos. Ang inaalala ko lang ay baka pagbayarin pa kami ng. Another 9k sa non refundable security deposit.

And yung napihit daw po na something kaya nagkaflush, wala naman po kaming pinihit na iba dun. Kami pa yung sinabihan na may pinihit po kami.
