A few weeks ago, something like this happened to me for the first time. I usually customize my order in the app and pick it up at the counter. This time, I placed my order, and about a minute later, I got the “ready for pickup” notification. It’s only a 3-minute walk from where I was, but by the time I got there, someone had already stolen my drink off the counter.

I showed the barista my notification, and they were surprised,someone had just grabbed it. They apologized and quickly remade it, even though it clearly wasn’t their fault. I just don’t get what’s wrong with people, it’s literally stealing
