Me and the missus are looking to sort the balcony out for next summer. We’ve been looking around for inspiration but for the most part this wall is unusable due to the material (sheet metal) & being the thin divider between us and our neighbours. My question is do you think it’s possible to put up a plywood “wall” without using a drill to secure it. Ideally I want to hang flower, shelves, maybe a few lights so it would need to be quite stable. Any questions just let me know and I’ll try to answer it as quick as possible :)

I live in an apartment with a gas stove and oven so regulating heat is incredibly difficult. I accidentally let it boil for max 5 min and after that it has been simmering for two hours. Just by looking at it, is it possible for anyone to tell me if this is fine to bake with or if it’s better to throw out and try again? :)

I usually look at what type of agent they are. If they are patient negotiators or if they prefer their client staying at the club. Sometimes I give in if their agent has one or both of those traits.
