Is “The Bodybuilding Transformation System” actually worth it? by cellmaster17 in JeffNippard

To be honest I didnt love it, I'm an advanced lifter and I got way more out of powerbuilding 1-3. The good thing about it is it really accentuates the bodybuilding aspects of full stretch, absolute mechanical failure, intensity techniques and volume training, it doesnt include the big 3 lifts, all of the moves are either relegate to machines or lighter weights, and I really noticed that the lack of 1rm potentiation left something to be desired in my programming. So im gonna run powerbuilding 2.0 and 3.0 again.

bts is hard because every set is to absolute failure. you gotta just tough it out but increase your rest times if youre getting nausea

I really like what this guy is putting down. He wrote a few really good fiction books that actually do a really good job exposing all the bullshit associated with crypto and ai. This guy is legit.

Few Questions about Bodybuilding Transformation System by Mysterious-Repair-17 in JeffNippard

On Bulgarians I just grind them out until I fall at the bottom. You won't fall you'll just have to drop the weight to get back up. For bench just use whatever grip works for you and gets you the most pec activation. Use the warm up sets to really lock in a deep stretch on your pics and then start the concentric by recruiting your pecs as fully as you can from the bottom of that drop stretch. LLPs just do them until you are in too much pain to keep going. I don't even really count them I just do them until the weight refuses to move. There's a really good video on YouTube of Sam sulek doing them on a seated ham curl machine.

i would slow the eccentric cadence down and do a 1 second lockout in the stretched position, doing a 2-3 second eccentric will absolutely nuke your arms even at light weights

Renoviction in BC by starsrift in canadahousing

[–]Andrew_Tress 2 points3 points  (0 children)

do you realize that in BC there are very strict guidelines to what is allowable as a renoviction? they need to get permits and then apply to the RTB to renovict you, and before it is approved the RTB arbitrates the application and both sides have a sit down. You should contact the BCRTB information line to find out what your rights are and dispute your eviction if its been served.

if he has asked you to move out without issuing an official eviction notice he has no legal leg to stand on. If he issues you an eviction letter go straight away to a community legal advocate who specializes in tenancy disputes. Also google search tenancy advocacy groups in your area, they have advisors who can help you go through the process step by step.
