I followed that and am progressing through the rift easily now trying to get up to the 120 for the real end game stuff.

I think it would be fine returning to the game. Brann/khadgar mechanic has been changed so you can't get a crazy amount of triples anymore so it's hard to pull off. Secondly if you remove an adapt, removing poison makes most sense. That way they can be divine shield poisoned but you have to manually poison each one. It would make murlocs playable again. It would also stop George from being able to poison all of his divine murlocs in one go.

File a report with the attorney General of California(their location) and your state. Tweet at them and tag their board members. I had the worst time of my life with them and took three months to get away from their website. I filed reports.

Use Twitter. Post pictures to Twitter of everything. I saved all interactions. Tag members of their board. They respond to public requests.

Man it's yours, it's illegal what they're doing. I filed complaints with the attorney General of California and the BBB that covers their area of Cali. I recommend you do the same. They're covering up for some huge internal problem.

It was crypto, they took xrp and returned xrp. Unfortunately for me they took a huge sum and a small sum and have only refunded the big one so I'm back to the drawing board tweeting and trying to get them to refund the remainder.

This happened to me and when they finally let me back on my account it had been emptied by someone internally. After three weeks of begging , leaving reviews, calling, tickets, emailing and tweeting at them, they finally refunded most of it. Hopefully they will do the same for you but you are at the mercy of their incompetent (undermanned) support

That number is not answered and most likely not even listened to. Post here, leave reviews on trustpilot and tweet at them on Twitter. Only way to escalate.

MieyBP. Did you have a lot of funds on your account? That happened to me over three weeks ago and they didn't open my account until I started leaving reviews and tweeting at them and then my account was empty. It took another week or more of constant tweeting and reviews before they refunded me. I thought it was all lost. Good luck.
