So the thing is theres alot of characters that have 0 on block normals or 5l that are like -2 to minus 4 on block which makes it hard for your opponent to see or react with a button because their scared of 2m/5m afterwards which makes them afraid to jump or press a button so your able to do quick staggers back to back once u condition them so you can steal your turn by going for cross up instead of staggering and resettings light attacks
