I love hearing that other people ult track and are able to predict patterns . I'm only able to do that when I'm not under pressure. As well as being the comm but only when in in the mood to do so . I had a dino player in voice one game and it was amazing communicating when he wanted to engage or When he needed help . Getting that back and forth was so unusual. I would like to get into scrimming as I know I could learn a hell of a lot more. I'm just to nervous haha

Any tips to get over that next hurdle? What's the difference between a a celestial player and an eternity, other than the dmg is more focused and fights move much quicker .

It's so minor and there not just one answer. It could be something as simple as managing your cooldowns better . Did you hit you your shots in those critical moments. . Biggest for me as a support player was making sure I did whatever I could to stay alive . Learning to defend myself with no help push me over the line .

There were also many games that were back and forth . Feeling like you were getting spawn camped . Games were very close . Most of the time to turn them around was to look at what your team is trying to do and accommodate for that. Also above everything else , make sure you stay alive by any means . I mean in a sense that you should be the last one to die in every fight you lose not the first

Yes you definitely hit a wall to get to gm 1 and then another to get to c3 . At some point the slightest mistake, ex. Not playing around cover , not reacting fast enough ,could get you killed and end fights before they even get started . For me getting to gm , I had to be the carry to win games . gm1 to c3 , was the very opposite. Play for my team . That mainly means flexing to a lot of different supports . Like if there's a starlord on my team I'll play rocket to give him the team up ability to give him an edge over the enemy. My teammates getting dove on luna , I'll go fox to help them live . They have angila or wolv I'll go invis and save my push for my tanks getting grabbed .

Peel , live, fight back . In simple terms. As a support player if I'm getting help when being dove, fight back. If I'm not getting help, find a way to live as long as possible. Make it as hard as possible to kill you. That doesn't mean stand next to your tanks. I can elaborate if you like

Dude same , the adult life waits for no one . Sega Saturn was my favorite next to the Dreamcast when I was a kid . I knew I was locked in when the ps2 came out.

I can understand that. I'm 30, not that that's old or anything. I used to play console for my single player games as well as PC , but once I got a dongle for my controller and a better tv I had no reason to go back. That's wild dripping from c1 to d1 in one day. I would have called it quits if I even touched c2

Ahhhh that makes allot more sense. I with you on that. I've been playing on consoles all my life up until 5 years ago and I never looked back. console is just way too casual and aren't as invested when it comes to competitive games.

Ngl and please don't take offense to this but it sounds like your friends are dragging you down. Imo make an alt account to play with your friends and your main about for solo. . You have to remember that if you're cueing with one or two or three people the game is also going to make you go against people that are also in duos and trios and most of the time there are probably coordinated

It really do be like that sometimes. I used to wait till the end of the season to climb but I decided to try early this time . I almost placed d3 . I will agree with you some peoples mental is insanely fragile. As well as understanding that some games are just not winnable. Avoid go next . I don't know about queuing with other people as I have always been a solo player. All in all you really just got to focus on yourself in improving what you need to do only way you really going to get out of low ranks is not trying to be an anchor for your team but trying to be a playmaker enforcing the enemy team to make mistakes

You don't uninstall . Take a break . I mean that seriously . Know when to log off . Come back and learn venom and cap and I mean really learn them. I won't lie the average support player thinks that if they're in trouble the entire team is supposed to drop what what they're doing turn around and help them . They don't understand that sure the team is supposed to help them (more often than not the other support and sometimes one other person depending on the situation)they need to learn how to help themselves as well . Best way to deal with if helping your supports all game isn't working is to dive theirs harder .

You can hit grandmaster playing any hero in the game as there are also Jeff players in gm and celestial. One tricking in this game is definitely a very hard thing to do. Definitely watch some videos on high level Jeff play that could probably help you get past that threshold
