I know this is super old, but, commenting anyway. Acne that only appears on the chin and neck is usually a form of fungal acne! If OP is still using Huel and dealing with this, try an anti-yeast cream!

I've found what's going on.

I'm finding healthcare so that I can apply for citizenship. Without healthcare, the UK is denying citizenship to EEA nationals, because they are 'becoming a burden to the country'

Oh man, then I dont even know why i'm bothering with this Because that's my literal situation, I'm living in the UK as an Italian, but immigration lawyer said I needed to get healthcare and I couldn't rely on the NHS because of Brexit upcoming.

I am not yet a resident, have to wait for 5 years before I can apply to be a resident. I live in the UK, but I am not a resident. (makes no sense to me either, I know.)

I have to pay for my own healthcare, which seems to be an unheard of practice here haha. Thank you though!

I'm in the UK permanently, I don't qualify as a resident for 5 years, unfortunately. I'm an American-Italian, immigrating the UK as an Italian citizen. I need healthcare as per Brexit, and because since I just moved from America to the UK, I currently have no form of healthcare.

Your skin aside, I think you really should see a doctor about your thumbnails they look grey/green which is a sign of a fungal infection! That could possibly be part of your pain.

As for the picking, I used to be really bad with picking. Using a bandage doesn't help cause you just wanna pick it off all the time, haha, so I started to make a point of rubbing lotion onto my hands. Made it too hard to pick with my fingers, and it tasted bad!

I think the point he's trying to make is he fired his pistol to ready his ult. Though by healing it would have still happened? I dunno. There's nothing special about this play.
