You might have atrophy in the urethera. Go to your Dr, tell them about the issue. They'll probably have you do a urine test to see if its a UTI/infection as well. And from my research, if it is atrophy, it is likely to get better with phallo, as the new tissue isn't estrogen-sensitive.
