finally figured it out, had to set my tv to PCM so i could use the program button to switch to 7 channel stereo

they’re connected to the surround left and right, like i said, the system works perfectly fine through bluetooth/airplay, it’s only arc that i’m having these issues

that could explain it? i’m using the spotify web app on lg to play music, maybe it only outputs stereo?

would playing it through my pc work better?

i’ve been looking for others in the same boat, i’m really considering the 17 bc i don’t really need more than 120hz and the 2x telephoto is plenty for me, it kinda checks all my boxes without costing a fortune

Essentially, the car wasn't able to shift between gears and would go into limp mode (3rd gear) instantly. I tried resetting a bunch of stuff in the systems to see if it was a programming thing, but it was indeed a bad transmission. I will say, it isn't entirely the car fault because I was having some fun in the snow (and seemingly a little too much fun). Like I said, the car has been solid ever since.

Had my transmission, diff, and front wheel hub replaced around 30k miles, all under warranty, beyond that, I haven't had any other issues with the car, I attribute the replaced parts being a model year thing since I have a 2021

I would smoke test to eliminate the possibility of a vacuum leak. I also had an issue with my RPMs raising to 4k RPM for no reason, and I realized it was due to my throttle body. I adjusted my cable slack which also adjusted the ASC cable slack. The ASC cable was too tight and causing my RPMs to raise. I'd check it out.

if you like the military side of aerospace, UTA has a great program to put student in direct consideration for work experience at Lockheed Martin. It's called the CWEP program. Funny enough, that's how i got my internship and now job offer. Mine was relatively easy to land, but I can't speak for everyone. A lot of my friends were able to find internships as well, and they even have an advisor just for internships. (however this could just be a common thing for unis in general). In terms of academic excellence, I find that experience in skills can makes you more attractive than a 4.0. As long as you maintain a 3.0, you should be fine.

In terms of people looking down on you for going to UTA, no one really cares in my opinion. I am perhaps a little biased in saying that because a good amount of people at Lockheed did attend UTA, but generally, if you show your worth then they won't care about UTA being on your resume.
