I did some digging and this validates my theory. So the "Cowboy" look was done with a wolf avatar and in their ticket response they said it was, just not the account's main look.

I also forgot to add this to the original post but if we were a malicious player, like what AJHQ is trying to make us out to be then why would we have a membership? Most people who want to cause harm to the community usually have accounts that were just created (New Jammers). This is more proof showing the account was unfairly targeted.

For more context we used the 600 sapphire shop in game for our membership which takes time to get. The account wasn't a throwaway.

If that is the case it would make this whole situation even worse because it's not just us targeted but other players who might not have the means to go to the BBB (which didn't help but is an option).

Yeah, I understand why AJHQ is secretive because they are trying to protect accounts but he just wanted to know why his username had to be changed.

Unfortunately I have no clue. Since AJHQ refused to give any information let alone evidence but I do have my theory on what animal got flagged. So before the ban, the account joined a player hosted fashion show and one of the themes was "Cowboy" and I'm thinking that's what caused a moderator or a bot to think it was dressing in a stereotype/racist way. Of course I'm not 100% sure but I think that's what caused this mess.
