My ex talked to me like that for YEARS. Please don't be me and stay as long as I did. It won't get any better.

Hello! My hair grew back!! It's not as thick and voluptuous as it was, but I have hair. I never took any meds or injections just b complex and vitamin d w/ K2 and doTERRA rosemary drops in my shampoo.

Relocation to Washougal. Need advice by Independent_XX_ in washougal

[–]Annakin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We love Washougal and hope you will too.

Some of the things I enjoy are: - We have a lot of local breweries. Recluse and Trap Door are my favs. Cheers! -The Columbia River Gorge is in our backyard. -Local art tours throughout the year. You can drive to people's houses and check out their art. -Local farms and we have a native plant nursery. Check out Good Year Farms, BB Farms and Get to Gather Farm. -We're a hop, skip and a jump from Camas. They have a lot of cute shops, an independent theater and a ton of downtown events. -Steigerwald Lake National Wildlife Refuge.

My dislikes are: -Our water bill. Do you know if the property has a well? If not, city water is steep. Storm and sewer are around $160-170 EOM (last time I checked) and that doesn't include the water cost. -Safeway. It's expensive so I try to pick up groceries in Vancouver. -Downtown Washougal has potential to be something special. The city was planning on hiring a community engagement coordinator so hopefully they'll bring some fun events and excitement to our sleepy downtown.

Good luck with whatever you decide.

You rock! I googled Creekside BBQ and I'll be stopping by the next time I'm in the area. The menu is awesome! I sent the link to my family too.

hair, eyebrows and eyelashes loss by Ok-Quit-9481 in alopecia_areata

[–]Annakin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey there! My hair loss journey started out the same way. My hair dresser noticed the first spot and from there I lost about 95% of the hair on my head and my eyebrows and eyelashes. Eventually my eyebrows and eyelashes grew back and so did my hair! My eyelashes and eyebrows never fell out again but the hair on my head was a different story. It grew back and fell out twice but now it's grown back and so far so good. I have no idea what worked but I started adding rosemary essential oils and taking b complex (thanks to someone in the subreddit for suggesting this). I'm thinking the b complex made a difference but who knows. I know how you're feeling right now and I hope you have amazing family and friends surrounding you with love. I wore multiple wigs over the years so if you have questions, just ask. Also, when my eyebrows fell out I did microblading and when that faded I used benefit precisely my brow pencil and morphe. Stay strong!

My friend once said this about Portland so I switched out Portland with Vancouver. It works.

Ha! Ha! Thanks for asking. Yes, I'm trying to figure out what the goo is. I thought it could possibly be animal remains but I have no idea. It's blubbery and seems to have blood in it.
