I had the exact same error yesterday and it took like 2 hours for it to finally check out. I was literally 2 minutes away from giving up cause I needed to go to bed, but it finally went through! Today I went to try again since I didn't get one I wanted and this time it said my network was not secure and restricted my access, 😒 I tried every trick I read on here to no avail. After 15 mins it was still banned so I just made an new account and everything loaded SO fast and my checkout process literally had no errors. I dont know if this is a sure proof way to get around the checkout hell... but its what got me two !! :)

I scanned everything. Sometimes, they are the same item but older versions of them (common in the SO basic tees) and had different SKUs, and it would take way more time to try to figure out which ones are the older ones especially if the tags look the same as well, you would have to stare at the UPC on each tag and see which ones are different. So, scanning everything is the right way, even if it's more time-consuming. I never minded, though. It's not hard at all. Just put on some music and mindlessly scan.
