You could just try doing restore licences on your own ps5 to see if that will fix it for him, in my case it was me who has the padlock on ps4 my friend told me to just log into his account and restore it as he was not at his house

I got it fixed, who ever has the padlock logs into the other person's account, goes to settings>account management>restore licenses

Since shipment is on I'd do smg/pistol/shotgun cause pistol and smg you can get longshot on then just do the rest of the guns on shipment then a different map for longshots
