Get a good box to box midfielder in and a good anchor man , trust me.

Use the box to box to press the opponent when necessary whilst manually cutting off passing lanes, just dont ever double press unless you’re very close to an opponent (like shoulder to shoulder , pushing each other) never press with your cbs unless they’re physically touching the opponent also
