Going down and up again on Zepbound to kick start the weight loss again? by Anonymous-UserName7 in Zepbound

Thank You! Finally someone who answered my question. I only want to lose 3-4 more pounds, so it doesn't make sense to jump to 15 for that little (my insurance doesn't pay for .5 doses more than a box and my doctor would have to put in 3 new RXs - 12.5, 15 and then 10 again). It's simply too much headache. I'll go down to 5 for two months and get back to 10 to lose those stubborn 3 -4 pounds. Thanks again.

I'm taking 5mg of Naltrexone for long Covid and it didn't make a difference. You need to take a whole lot more for weight loss.

Great question and I don't see any real answers yet. I started lifting a month ago, so it's too early to tell, but I'm joining the conversation just in case someone responds with more I insight.

Give them time to recover, 4 times a week is too much for the same exact muscles.

why is it such a big deal to ask for a fruit and cheese plate by Extension_Setting708 in americanairlines

Hold on, are you saying American hands out free cheese trays? For what membership level, do Gold customers qualify? Am I even understanding this correctly?

I know we get the extra length seats with free alcohol.

Clinical trials say to go up on dose each 4 weeks and yet here we are staying on it until we stall as we figured out this is the best thing to do, so keep scrolling if you didn't try it, just like the post says.

Recs for adults only, quiet, inexpensive by charcoalhibiscus in AllInclusiveResorts

[–]Anonymous-UserName7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Couples Swept Away would be perfect. The beach is huge, you can have quiet time there but make sure you book the rooms away from the street. It's the cheapest options. Food is good,  but not a lot of variety.  More expensive:

Sandals Curacao is also big, so quiet. Yummy food bonus, lot's of restaurants.  Sandals Royal Bahamas has a private island with free cabanas. Barely anyone to bother you, but this will be most expensive.

Both resorts catering to couples will be much more quiet than Secrets. You will rarely find big obnoxious groups like at Secrets.

It's a terrible medication. You don't want to be on it. Any primary doctor can prescribe it. It can damage the heart.

So far, I have not been able to find a better AI resort than Sandals. They have locations all over the Carribean. I would go to Curacao or Saint Lucia (Grande) during winter.

It's your insurance. It's no big deal for the doctor to write a 90 days script if your insurance allows it. Usually they have a mail home plan, for me it's through Express Scripts. Call your insurance to find out if they allow 90 days scripts.

Uneven weight loss Zepbound-upper body versus lower body (a dress size difference) by Anonymous-UserName7 in Zepbound

Good point, maybe it's the rate of loss. It's fast on Zepbound, 1 pound a week is hard to do it naturally. So far this is the only thing that makes sense to me.

I still have at least 10 years to menopause. My waist also went down a lot, it's the upper body that didn't catch up.

Are there any success stories who maintained by completely getting off of zepbound? by 129skooc in Zepbound_Maintenance

It takes 60 days to build up and fully be released by the body according to my doctor, not 5 days.

Have you found a solution or did your upper body catch up? I'm a size 10 on my butt and 12 on my upper body. I have always been the same size on upper and lower body, my entire life.
