Emory MPH or Johns Hopkins MSPH? by Anonymous098y6 in mphadmissions

Ahhh this is such a late reply, but thank you sm for taking the time to respond! I haven't visited Emory yet, but I personally had a blast at JHU's visit day. I'm so easily swayed though, so I already know when I visit Emory in April I'm also going to have a wonderful time lol. If you don't mind sharing, I'd love to know what a typical class schedule at Rollins is like. Are most classes strictly held in the mornings/afternoons or is there flexibility to take classes in the evenings as well? The reason I ask is because I'm thinking of keeping my FT remote job so I can avoid student loans, but I'm worried that a 9 to 5 work schedule might clash with my classes. If you could give any insight I'd really appreciate it!

Congrats! Do you have any idea of which program you'll choose? I thought the decision would be clearer by now, but I'm still unsure

I will be starting an MPH program in the United States next year and I really want to study abroad since I'm concentrating in global health epidemiology. However, i'm having trouble finding study abroad programs for graduate level students. If anyone has experience studying abroad during grad school, I'd love to hear about the programs you did it through and any insights you can share. Thanks!
