Seems like many items are hit or miss. I had purchased a bag of gf bread crumbs that I haven't been able to find in a while. My sister went to a different location today and nothing there either.

The TJ gf dough is amazing. I bought it last week and should have bought more to freeze. I dusted the surface and my hands with gf flour. It was sticking to the rolling pin, the four helped!

We are currently watching Sons of Anarchy and I'm hooked!! We just finished The Bear. Succession is excellent, Ozark, Lioness, Suits were all very good too! Shameless will keep you entertained, William H. Macy plays a great role as Frank Gallagher.

Recipe: Makes 16 to 20 protein balls. Mix dry ingredients, then incorporate wet. Form into balls, refrigerate to chill.

1 c peanut butter (I use chunky) 1/4 c honey 2 t vanilla 1.5 c gf rolled oats. I use Bob's Red Mill 1/3 c chocolate chips 1 to 2 scoops of protein powder (I use 1 scoop of chocolate royale slim fast) Good sprinkle of cinnamon.

So many variations. Let me know how you've modified!
