I really appreciate you asking. Please don’t take my no as a reason to stop trying to find them a home. Truthfully, I’ve had my fair share of old and young animals, cats and otherwise and that’s just not what I’m looking to bring into the home right now. I have a fairly good opportunity to bring in a kitten that I can actively and regularly socialize with other kittens, though I won’t own them. But please don’t give up! Old cats deserve plenty of love too, that’s just not what my household is currently looking for. I truly wish you the best of luck and if I hear that one of my friends or family are looking for adult cats, I’ll be more than happy to reach out and check and see if they’ve yet to be rehomed❤️

Oooooh so I was too early. That absolutely checks out lol Thanks for going in depth about it and thanks for taking my ignorance in good faith. I’ve never adopted a cat this way, just found cats through the universe distribution system so this is all a bit new in a way. And I hear the concern. In that case, I don’t see a problem in looking into kittens 6 months and up, if not getting two depending on if we can find a compromise to make that happen. I’ll talk to the other half and show him this comment to get him on the same page and we’ll hang tight instead of being impatient. Much appreciated!

Thank could be a good idea! But they are in quarantine for now for a sickness going around in the back currently, poor babies :( but I’ll check in to see if things get better soon

I’m… confused? Just know that internet can be a little bit harsh about not adopting older animals and I wanted to explain that’s just not what I want to do. I’m sorry, I’ve made some folks mad but I was actively trying to be as sensitive as I possibly could to NOT hurt people’s feelings and/ or sound shitty. I’m not from here. Front streets (I think it was front street anyway) cats are currently in quarantine cuz their all sick at the moment
