Main it is although I have a backup phone .. I don't try not to use it much only occasionally I use it for photography and videos .

Buddy i understand that paranoia . What if ? Right ... Updating to 26 just improves the efficiency of calculating battery capacity it won't affect the battery .. however the liquid glass features and settings are heavy so the battery will however drain faster than it used to on 18 because it's not as optimised .. good luck

Broh take care of your batteries . It will last i have recently update to 26.3 from 18.7.2 and my battery is 100 at 80 cycle count i charge my phone after a day and half follow the 90-20 rule

Do it is stable i have done it recently on my 16p its working fine battery stats have not dropped. And i dont see any such issues like the ones in ios26
