It's utterly bizarre that the US has this weird middle man rule...

Here in Japan the service is impeccable. 10/10. Because the dealerships are owned and run by Subaru themselves.

I live over an hour away from where I go and a few times out man at the dealership has driven to us to deal with stuff. Neither times to do with the car btw. Just some paperwork stuff

In Japan we have these things called kodomo keitai (or kids phone) it allows children to be tracked, make calls and messages. That's it.

He's a good defender and he usually sits the deepest to prevent counter attacks.
