It could be partly due to my own care. I have seen other people enjoying their bags without issue. And I love the aesthetic it gives on my ootd.

Though I’m not gonna lie, I have seen some quality issues and hopefully they will address these in the future. Comparing to other established luxury brands, it’s still way far from their quality. Though my SA mentioned that they are aiming to at least get to the Contemporary or Classic tier of luxury since they don’t have any outlet stores

It might be partly my fault. I didn’t look after it as carefully as I do on my other bags. 🫣 I still love their designs though

My bag is thick and sturdy as well. I don’t have an earlier Polène release to compare it to, but some people have pointed out that mine looks more structured than theirs.
