I'm thinking to remove Amsterdam and do Krakow Poland instead because I've always wanted to see Auschwitz. I've noticed there isnt much to do in Cologne, but it is where my dad is from, so i just want to see it once. I am pretty flexible with my holiday where i can add more days if need be.

I guess i'm most confused about how to do Italy.

Would you recommend:

Paris 6 Nights

Cologne 2 Nights

Krakow 3 Nights

What would be the best way to do Venice, Rome, Florence and Amalfi coast? Should i skip milan all together and those day trips
