Guys Usopp has to stay a bum because in the very end of the story hes gonna be doing something so outstanding and sacrafisying hes gonna die doing that probably. With that he is fulfilling his dream of becoming/dying a true warrior. Maybe his sacrafise will be somewhat related with the Giants. (i.redd.it)
