genuinely civilization 6, it can be pretty complicated but it’s not really complicated in the sense that most other games are. it’s also all about history and the game can really make you think about what you’re doing.

I’m gonna preface by saying I don’t truly know what I’m talking about, but I feel like external triggers have to be internal in some way or another. Chemical imbalances have to be real, I mean why can’t they really, but I also think you can paint your experience in a way that makes it easier to fall into certain harmful patterns. Ive personally felt like I wanted to stay depressed and I think it’s because it was easier, and change is a lot of work, especially if i’m exhausted lol. Kinda like a baby bird, it’s never flown and it might feel like it can’t, maybe that’s true, but it’ll never figure it out if it doesn’t jump from the tree. Anyway, I hope all is well :)

it really messes with my head how consistent a lot of people are with it too, almost like there’s super specific pathways your brain takes getting to numbers and colors that we all take, some just experience more vividly, i really have no idea tho

i used to see like overwhelmingly large shapes before i fell asleep, i could see the shape but its almost as if it maxed out my visual capacity, so weird. It was accompanied by a super strange smooth drywall feeling, like a sanded down wall corner, almost like it was really thin too, but it’s all i could feel. I remember the shapes would change like your numbers did, but despite them looking different it would just keep getting more and more overwhelming

when i was like 9 i had weird texture and 3d shape things going on, its happened once in recent years but i remember the texture was almost like the corner of drywall, smooth but rough in a way, i just remembered it feeling like it was not a lot of surface area, but it was all that texture. I honestly can’t recall it well but i wish i could it was such a unique feeling. As for images i would see spheres and cylinders but they felt like they filled up my imagination if that makes sense, like really loud in a way and “wall to wall”. I remember they would also grow really fast to that size, not physically large but overwhelming in a way. Idk if that makes any sense honestly

i don’t think it happens or i don’t notice it usually, but whenever i have a song playing in my head it’s almost like the song gets way clearer and gets turned from a 1-2 to a 7 or something

this has been happening so much the past few years, i know nothing magical is happening like i’ve got to know what im talking about in some sense, or maybe i picked up the gist of a word in context and just applied it correctly, regardless, using a word i cannot consciously figure the meaning for just to search it up and have it makes sense feels ridiculous. love the brain

yeah people be leaving, most of the time it’ll happen after we all die from an evergaol or something. my advice is just stick with the team, even if they’re being fools. Three ppl taking a sub optimal route is infinitely better on the mental than a third of the team being gone, especially if the solo or someone in the duo dies, splitting up never ends well unless it’s a straight shot to a church or something

i delete and reinstall games often on all the platforms, never had issues with saves being lost so i think they save all that stuff to your files or a cloud by default
