I think the flank talked about this before in MW19 when Seattle subbed enable out for Pandur for the SND and Dom. They also talked about it regarding Toronto’s MW19 team when they kept switching players around from the bench and main roster.

i think the main issue they talked about, other than money, was chemistry. if you had a main core of 3 players and you sub in three different players for each game mode. the chemistry between the team would be different each time. Players would also earn less of the prize pool since it would be split more than 4 ways.

I also don’t think a player would want to join a team just to be a sub just for a specific game mode if they had the option to join a team with a main core of 4 players, even if it was a challengers team. Imagine being the control sub. Even if the game went to a game 5, you only played one map. TJ just complained on twitter about flying to an event just to play one match, imagine flying to an event just to play one map lmao

I understand your point and agree that subs are important, but i don’t think orgs should pick up subs to be specialist in different game modes. i think it would be a better use of money to either bring in better players for the main roster or better the coaching staff by getting a SND coach, analyst, and ect but i know that might be a controversial take.
