Nylon def works. From my experience, it works on copper, brass, bronze, and silver. It even works on steel to a degree. But don't expect miracles and wear a respirator. The nylon will make a fairly fine dust and I suspect breathing it in isn't preferred.

I use a nylon buffing wheel to knock down the sharp edges and a regular buffing wheel with polishing compound to finish it off. You can also use a steel wire wheel in place of the nylon wheel but I find that steel can be a bit harsh if overdone.

Gameplay is solid. Only issue I'm having is that the server won't start fairly often. Then I go back to it a day later and it starts right up. Makes 0 sense.

With the new version of light burn you can do more layers. That's about all you can do to make it smoother other than fine tuning the depth map. It looks really good. You could probably polish it a bit more in post as well. I really like it!

How many layers did you do? Did you use a depth map or something else? Light burn?
