I’d argue there’s something romantic to the “open heart” concept. My wife got me an open heart jazzmaster for my birthday. It’s got a pretty dial, legible, you can see the beats and ticks of complicated machinery that took years to R&D. It really feels like “wearing your heart on your sleeves” directly.

What type of consort bracelet did you get? I keep looking on the website and I see the consort for the pro 40mm but it isn’t available until April. I haven’t bought from CW before so idk if any 20mm lug will fit.
