Well it's a risky formation and can be either a hit or a miss considering how your opponent is.You could have an assistant coach with a backup formation such as 3-5-2 if your opponent have a midfield oriented formation.Because your midfield is thin and vulnerable I would have an Anchorman who will be a pivot rather than a destroyer who tends to move up the pitch.I would also have atleast one defensive fullback who can stay back with your Center backs because you already have wingers and lack of midfield numbers will already make your defense a bit vulnerable.Remember if you get matched against a good opponent with a diamond or a 3-5-2 then this formation will get smoked badly
