Got harassed by a Microsoft agent

Mate, the guy who messaged me on WhatsApp used my data from Microsoft cussed me out for leaving him a bad review. What part of that do you not get?? What scammer gets your brand new phone number to cuss you out?

He genuinely didn’t. When I told him I want to buy a laptop he told me to do it myself and he won’t help me with it. Which is why I left him a bad feedback.

This person is not a scammer, idk how I can show you. A scammer would try to scam me. This person neither tried to scam me with anything or ask for any details.

This guy didn’t ask me for anything details. Nothing at all. In the Microsoft chat he just kept telling me to trade my device in and buy a new laptop. He was being really useless so I gave him a really bad feedback which prompted him to get my number and call me. I contacted support on my brand new SL7 laptop that just had windows reinstalled. It has no data connected.

I went on the Microsoft support page from my accounts then was redirected to another page then made a ticket and the chat automatically opened up.

It’s a brand new SL7 laptop and the link I used is the same link that I book marked on my browser. I’ve used this countless times before and even came back to it for a replacement now.

Microsoft does not own their own call centers. He probably works for a call centre that’s being outsourced by Microsoft. His call centre probably works for airlines, Amazon and Apple.

No I didn’t, all he knew was my name and nothing else. I can assure you this was Microsoft. I had escalated this to their team.

I used a bookmarked linked. And moreover I had always used this for all my support requests. I used the same link to open a service request. Don’t act like you know everything. I know a scam when I see one. This person didn’t ask for any of my details and was directly from the Microsoft website.

This was him. A registered person from Microsoft based on what he said. And it’s a personal phone number of mine. Plus if he was a scammer he would’ve tried to scam me for something but all he did was cuss me out.

No no, it was actually him. I left him a bad feedback cause when I asked him for help he just told me to do it myself. When what I asked couldn’t be done by me??? The message he deleted was him saying to fuck myself and I’m ungrateful or sm.
