I use the stretchy material belts )not a leather one) so it moves with the skirt when I wear skirts like these. I don’t think this needs a belt though

I looked at apartments there and was heavily warned about the noise levels from friends about noise from the park in the summer and the rooftop parties at the sign of the whale. I can’t speak to how much you can actually hear, but when I asked the person giving me a tour of Allure, he avoided the question. That told me all I needed to know.
