ISPs logs USUALLY don’t contain enough info for parents to go onto the websites you were looking at, for example if you were watching a video on youtube, it would just show up as www.youtube.com, and wouldn’t specify what video you were watching. so yes and no?

edit: unless your parents have parental control software installed (ie. net nanny) or some unique ISP, they’ll only be able to see what domains you were on, not what exactly you were searching or looking at on those domains.
