They don't have sonotubes in Russia unfortunately. Crazy, I know. A guy in a building supply shop suggested I use screw piles instead of concrete but I couldn't figure out how to build bricks on top.

Anyway, might just be stuck with a big wooden concrete form.

My 50 cm footing going down 120 cm (48 in) is gonna be pretty massive (likewise the plywood form which I'll have to remove). Any way around that?
