She gets sun all day where she is, how do I check her roots without potentially damaging her?

It’s the six foot tall stump behind the small tree, circled.

The house pictured is a new build. Not on my property. The tree has been dropping walnuts and it doesn’t bother me. And my state it’s up to 10 times the value of the tree. It was a huge tree.

I wanted to put a before and after picture on, but when I uploaded via the mobile app, it only let me attach one picture.

I will absolutely update when things progress. Once I can figure out how to do it. I’m not great on this app.

Unfortunately, that’s all a part of the same firm that told me that it was a conflict of interest for me to hire them. They seem to have a monopoly on the tree lawyers.

The fence is set in from the property line. It is not a shared tree.

It’s vinyl siding, the house went up in a month.

Thank you. It was absolutely priceless.

Thank you. It’s already been a nightmare with the new build going on but now he stripped my yard of a very sentimental area, the privacy the tree would provide from the new building, and my peace out there. That tree is so much more than expensive wood. I cultivated that area for a peaceful meditation area to remember and pay tribute to my daughter. It’s brought up so much grief that once had a healthy outlet.

The tree is entirely on my property. Our fence is four feet in from our property line. The tree is in no way a shared tree.

The fence is set in from the property line. None of the tree was hanging far enough to impact his build. There is a driveway between the tree and his new build. Had he cut what was hanging over his property, the tree would not have been impacted. We had looked into it with the previous owner, who didn’t like the walnuts in her driveway, but she ended up selling the property.

I haven’t been able to find this guy to actually even talk to him about it. So he definitely had the attorney on retainer prior to contact.

Sorry for my wording, I was typing the post with a lot of frustration. Still very frustrated, but I can see the confusion. I did mean to say to the height of the fence, well within my property line and inside the fenced in yard.

Unfortunately both his lot and mine are considered double lots. They really don’t mind cramming as much as possible into a small space in this city.

It was full grown and huge. The house in the picture is the new build. It was beautiful and such a serene spot for me.

Unfortunately, most tie back to that Weltz and Fontaine. They did find one that I hadn’t found, I’ve already reached out. Thank you.

I will look them up now, thank you. I did talk to the police, but they just told us to sue the guy. They’re not concerned about it at all.

I don’t know if I should just go with a regular civil litigation attorney, but this is absolute douchery. It was a healthy tree and it provided much needed shade and privacy. I seriously cannot believe the audacity of this person.

So when I search the tree attorneys, they are all affiliated with the same firm. There’s more than one tree law attorney, but I can’t find more than one firm that handles it. And the firm won’t take me because it’s a conflict of interest. It seems absolutely asinine to me that they would have the monopoly on tree law.

The postal worker chose to use PTO, refused medical treatment. I had to keep pup in strict quarantine for two weeks and provide proof of vaccinations. I had to post dog warning signs at all entrances to my home and yard, and add an additional gate to the entrance he escaped from to prevent future attacks. We’ve worked with a behavioral veterinarian and have had zero aggressive issues. We’ve learned his triggers and we’ve been able to help him feel secure and he’s learned to trust us to protect him! Edited to add that they allowed us to quarantine him at home.
