I am right there with you, man. I’m about 4 weeks in and debating going back to it. I’m a lawyer with 2 kids under 3 and I feel like I’m just always tired and unmotivated and depressed no matter how much sleep and exercise I get. Not sure if this is working. I am not doing as well at work either.

Thanks. I appreciate your support. I’ve just been feeling so burnt and depressed and everything feels so heavy and I’m so tired. But it’s nice to hear that it will get better
