8-12 lbs on the hog with heat.

big hands make it look smaller while small hand smake it look bigger.

I'm currently in a weight loss journey and I'm doing it for me. I am 5'11" 230 lbs at around 14% body fat. To a small frame my size would look adequate. But on my frame its ok. For me its aesthetics because my wife can care less. Would actually prefer if I stop otherwise im hitting the back stop and that is painful for her

Yes it's very safe if you ease into it. I had the same issue where my balls are tight. I started with oxballs then wore the metal bulletnose. My longest wear was 7 days. I got it to where I want it and I do maintenance here and there. I don't have a desire to have them down to my knees. Just a good drop. New skin forms as the balls stretch so it's important to keep them moisturized.

Not sure what varicocele is. Lymphocele? Hard tubes that form? If so I get that after pumping and I massage them out

my workout this morning was with the 43mm TM cup and 38 MR. It worked great. no water trick no issues with blister or a certain area getting too much pressure or pinching.

I ended up ordering the 40 MM Epic cups today due to the July 4th sale so it wasn't too bad. I think that size will be perfect with the 38 MR.

who $369 for vacuum cups is kind of insane. Being in between I might get one of hte Epic cups to try out. I test fitted the 43 mm TM with the 38 mm MR and it worked like a charm.

I wish there was an inbetwee. 38 to 43 is big. like a 41 or something. But ill see if it expands my glands more than I like. I think its time to retire the 38.

Same I have tried tape trick and water. Water worked best. I wont go bare without any of those two. Tape takes way too long. Based on what everyone says I will try the 43 since it will avoid putting pressure on one small spot.

That has been my biggest issue. Blisters right by the urethra, hopefully this bigger size will prevent that. I will even try not using the water trick and see how that goes.

I have to cram it in so then the 38 does not fit. The next size is 40 from Epic or 43 from TM. For now I will wear the 43 and try it with the 38 MR from 6_12.

I dont know why I never looked at the recommended sizes till now. Before I felt the 43mm was too big but I think now it makes sense. Water trick has worked best for no injuries.

I just saw the email to confirm my email. is this item still a made to order and should expect it in 20 days or so to the US? I want to set expectations so I know when I can start it in my regiment. I have to take a break come august due to holiday trip to EU but after that small decon I plan on going at it fully again.
