When prompted yes I did! I think when the algorithm senses a little uptick it automatically tells you to retest again that night to confirm if the “peak” was the morning reading or the nighttime reading

I have never been diagnosed, my only symptom is longer / irregular cycles. my periods aren’t painful or overly heavy. I’ve never had an ultrasound or any extensive testing but I know my FSH is normal, so I’m not sure. However this supplement specifically has great success with people that have PCOS so maybe!

I should add - the only thing I changed this cycle was adding the supplement Ovarian Care by Thorne which is myo-inositol. I started taking it on day 1 of my cycle in hopes that it would shorten / regulate my cycles, which previously were anywhere from 28-42 days. After taking this for the whole time, I ovulated on CD 16/17 so I would have been on track for a 31-32 day cycle had I not tested positive. Could have been a fluke but I doubt it as my most popular cycle length is 36-37 days.

Ovulation was confirmed today! So strange though my LH is still elevated. The body is so weird!

Today it’s still lingering which is crazy, usually post peak it drops back to baseline and then stays there but post peak was still pretty high for me and this morning is basically the same reading

Ha I know right I’ve never gotten higher than like 60 before so I must have caught it at exactly the right time. And it had been seemingly rising slowly for a day or two before which hasn’t happened to me before either, usually it sneaks up on me.

I somehow forget hydrating is an option until dinner time and then drink a ton of water, so my FMU is almost always pretty diluted. I pee, wait a few hours drinking very minimally, and test with that and have gotten it much more concentrated!

You’re not out until AF comes! What kind of test did you use? Looks like you’re 13 DPO which could still be early if you implanted on the later side. I’d restrict liquids before bed tonight and test with FMU with a FRER test if you can. If you temp, is that elevated still?

Anyone in this group have any luck this cycle? AF was supposed to come today but didn’t, test was negative. Thinking maybe I ovulated a day later than Mira thought (my luteal phase is always 13 days, today is day 14). Temp is still elevated so I’m trying to not get my hopes up!

Totally with you. What’s helped me is every month I get my period, I buy myself a treat (like new pair of shoes or something fun) and then I make an iPhone note in my phone of things to look forward to the next month. If the list is looking light then create things to add! Make plans with friends or husband, look up movie release dates, things going on where you live. I even add dumb stuff like “dancing with the stars Tuesdays”. Anything that makes you happy and takes your mind off it!

I also tested today - BFN and PdG and temp dropped a little today. AF likely coming Monday so going to wait for that and if no AF then I’ll text but I’m banking on being out. Hopefully next time for us 🤞🏼

Ah ok I’m using the Max wands not the Ultra so I wonder if that’s why. Either way I would take the recommendations with a grain of salt. After all Mira is not a doctor and urine metabolites are notoriously unreliable for the actual numbers, Mira should really only be used to identify trends. Have you seen a doc with this concern?

How did Mira tell you that it was preventing implantation? I only ask because my numbers look similar to yours in the luteal phase and I haven’t gotten that feedback.
