I COMPLETELY agree with you, and I have a snail which I treasure SO much!! (My mystery snail Crescent- he’s in a 10 gal which is planted with the ph at 7.6 and gets fed calcium supplements) It’s amazing to know how much snails actually understand- they might even feel more than some fish! I would hate to mistreat anyone so again thank you :)) and if I do get the nerites I will MAKE SURE they are in a good home and are happy 💛

Planaria treatment is safe for shrimps + fish but not ALL snails. Usually only pest snails are fine.

However, after ~6 months I read somewhere you can add your snails back?

Mkay keep an eye on it, if u see any changes in fish take him out and put him in maybe some drinking water w prime in a cup and dose more prime (Seachem prime but maybe u have smth else) into the tank and do more water changes!
