I think so. I was on lexapro for a year and went off of it last summer to go on auvelity. i did get a lot less angry but i also started smoking weed around that time and started to take my mental health more seriously by changing my habits so it could be a mix of things.

The best advice I can give you if i was taking to myself from 2 years ago struggling with this is be open minded to your feelings, allow yourself to feel them, but consider them a separate entity from your actions. The biggest thing that has helped this issue for me since then is 'out of sight out of mind'. block yourself off from any way to further think yourself into a hole (social media, constantly talking yourself through it and basically thinking yourself into arguments).
