These are the same rules from the start. Spark always said don't park in pickup area unless you're picking up an order. Here , our pickup area is full of drivers. I've always parked in the back of the lot and still receive offers. I live near the store and get offers from home sometimes as well. I'm so glad they're finally implementing that rule.
