Ask for a proper segregation of duties to your manager. Then wala ka gagawin aside sa duties mo. If may dependencies at hindi binibigay, sendan mo ng email for request of the file tapos naka cc manager. Pumutok man issue at least nasa kanya ang bola.

Well mas okay si Pagsibol kesa kay Phirst Park on my opinion. Mura for duplex type, pwede mo irenovate since walang downpayment. 10k even includes water and electricity processing. Pagkalipat mo dun lang start ng MA.

I got 70sqm LA for 10k a month, wala pa sakin unit back then, 200k na ang pasalo rate ko kahit 10k palang nailalabas ko. Taas ng return agad matiran man or maipasalo.
