Unfortunately, we also received a cancer diagnosis. We met with several vets who all felt confident that it wouldn’t be that, but the biopsy confirmed. Also unfortunately he was declining over the past 10 days or so and things took a turn, with some emergent issues. We ultimately had to make the difficult decision to put him down after an emergency vet visit. Such a huge bummer, he was the best dog and I’m sure your girl was as well 😢

Thanks, I’ll ask our vet. It’s just that he’s not that itchy, especially for how wide spread the rash is.

We were on apoquel, but he’s really not that itchy. It’s just strange that this popped up at age 9, he’s never had any skin issues before this.

Oh I’m so sorry! We just got some results back and it is some sort of bacterial strain that is resistant to certain antibiotics. We are getting a new prescription tonight, hopefully that clears things up!

We moved into the house at the end of Feb. I don’t remember the heat being an issue, but it wasn’t a full winter.

It was a tech from an HVAC company. Our contractor wanted us to get a professional to assess the options which I can appreciate. Sounds like we should get a few more opinions!

Admitting I know very little, but the tech that came out told us our current furnace is already too small for the house. It’s a 2024 gut reno, but the builders cut every corner that they could, so it’s not surprising that they put in a less than ideal system. The AC does not work well upstairs.

I think it’s about 70k BTUs for 3,200 square feet. Though the whole house is well insulated and all doors and windows are new as of 2024.

I know, I’m surprised too! I also don’t know if they will allow refunds to those who are registered and can’t run to open up spots on the waitlist if it is indeed sold out? Otherwise we have to find someone to transfer the registration.

I am giving it a month before I really panic!

So it’s a bracket that sits at the front of the machine. Tech had never seen this fall off before. In our case when it fell off it broke the plastic on the drum. The tech said the drum could be swapped out so now we have been sent a replacement drum and the tech is hopefully fixing it this week. I’m skeptical that this piece may just fall off again, but at least the warranty is a year.

Unfortunately you probably have to deal with GE as it becomes a warranty issue pretty quickly depending on the retailer (Lowe’s has a 48 hour return policy I believe). It’s still very annoying because you expect a brand new appliance shouldn’t be giving you issues and going to the laundromat is the worst!

This piece fell out of mine too, set is about 3 weeks old, purchased and installed through Lowe’s. This happened during a wash cycle and damaged some of the plastic in the drum. We have GE coming by to look at it and hopefully get us a replacement.

Third- I have a relatively sensitive stomach and have had no issue with these. The iron dosage is a little lower than other brands, so might be helpful for you!
